Payment conditions

Upon confirmation of an order, an email will be sent to the customer's registered email without any registration, with all delivery date, billing, payment information, products and values. If you have not received a requested contact email, please contact us in the contacts so that it is sent to the client's email address.

All orders are processed after the effective payment. The formalization of the order can only be a reservation of the products.

The orders must have a maximum term of 15 days, for that period, a year will be canceled by our system.
